User Experience/Interaction Designer

Candidate will be responsible for the interaction design and evolving the user interfaces for our interfaces for Publisher and Advertiser. TextLinksDepot's goal is to provide an easy, fast, and secure way to buy text advertisements. An ability to work closely with other designers, product managers and software engineers to create compelling user interfaces must be demonstrated. Must demonstrate strong user interaction designs, and interface. Experiences in online marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), SEM, or related fields would be ideal.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing detailed wireframes, specs and interactions
• Gather and auditing product and user needs
• Working with personas
• Storyboards and prototypes to communicate user interaction design ideas
• Handing off wireframe specs to visual designers
• Working with the product development team to define release requirements
• Working with software engineers in product implementation

Skills and requirements:

• 2 plus years of web application & consumer/e-commerce design experiences
• Fluent in Photoshop, Visio, Illustrator, Omnigraffle
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS
• Strong graphic design skills, HCI
• The ability to rapidly prototype user interface designs
• Strong can-do attitude and flexibility in the face of changing priorities and requirements

Independent Sales Manager/Account Executive

You don't have to live in San Francisco Bay Area for this position. TextLinksDepot is looking for talented independent search marketing consultants to join our remote sales team. This would be a 100% commission position with the advantages of using all our sales tools and training.

Candidates will be responsible for all aspects of sales process and account management including, but not limited to:

• New account acquisition through cold-calling, cold-emailing, referrals, clientele.
